Having worked in various roles in print houses, correcting prints and colours, redrawing logos, cloaning, touching up artworks, and designing - I have a pretty good eye. If there is an error in a print, well you soon will have many copies of it.
Print is one of those things that needs to be done right — the first time. Some would argue that the web is killing print. For the newspapers I would agree, but for the rest - there is just no substitute for print.
We wont see screens used on milk cartons, take away menus, letterheads, or businesscards. Print is here to stay it's just the newspapers that are going digital.
